Meet Samooods

SAMOOODS Utterly Sweet has joined the Cottage Kitchen Bakery community! We started as a Mother/Daughter team. Our name reflects our beginning. S is for Shera (mom) and A is for Amanda (daughter). The “mooo” is simply because we love cows! Put it all together and Samooods was born! Our vision was to grow into a family business. A short 9 months after starting… here we are!! Our “MOOO CREW” has grown to include Lindsey, Emily and Ashlyn (daughter-in-law, sister-in-law and niece). This is all the women in our family except for two not into their baking days quite yet, and one who retired the rolling pin.

Family, faith and community are very important to us. We have a passion for serving others which is evidenced by the long line of police, fire, and healthcare workers in our family. When we started our bakery we knew that we would want to use it to serve others and help the community however we can. This is why we have partnered with families to do fundraisers for their specific circumstances.
